This Space Is Yours.
Right now, in this moment, you don’t have to hold everything together. You don’t have to be “strong.” You just have to be.
I know the weight you’re carrying—the constant pressure to meet expectations, the exhaustion of doing it all, the quiet moments when self-doubt creeps in. Maybe you’ve been feeling stuck, unseen, or just tired of the struggle.
But here’s what I need you to know:
You are not alone. You don’t have to figure it all out by yourself.
My name is Sierra Jackson-Yopp, and I’m a therapist committed to walking alongside you as you navigate life’s challenges. With over a decade in public social services and nearly five years as a child welfare case manager, I’ve worked with individuals and families facing some of life’s most difficult moments. I understand what it means to feel let down by systems that were meant to support you.
My passion lies in helping people—especially those who have been overlooked, dismissed, or told to “just push through”—find healing, clarity, and strength. Whether you’re facing uncertainty, processing past experiences, or seeking a space where you can finally exhale, I’m here.
You don’t have to have all the answers. You just have to take the next step—and I’ll be here when you do.
How I Help
I specialize in working with individuals who are managing anxiety, depression, stress, and major life transitions. Whether you’re balancing a demanding career, raising children, or simply trying to find your footing, I provide a space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions without judgment.
Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), along with elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, I tailor my approach to meet you where you are and help you move toward the life you want.

Why me?
If you’re feeling weighed down, questioning your path, or simply in need of support, I want you to know this:
You are worthy of care. You are capable of growth.
